Returns for manufacturers defects and/or shortages must be communicated to Caserta Pets within (5) business days of receipt of order. Caserta Pets will not accept returns on used merchandise. We reserve the right to determine whether an item has been used. Caserta Pets prohibits the sale of our products on eBay.com or its affiliates and/or any other auction-type web sites. We ask all of our stores to use MSRP on their website.
